Our services include regular domestic cleaning, internal and external window cleaning, together with a spring cleaning service.

For people selling their property we offer a house sale cleaning and handyman service to do all those small tasks that really need to be done to ensure your property is presented in the best possible way. On moving, we can clean the house in preparation for the new owners’ arrival.

For people letting property we offer both pre-let and post-let cleaning which, coupled with our other handyman services, can ensure all fixtures and fittings are in good working order.

We undertake the following types of work:

  • House 'For Sale' Clean and Handyman. Get your property in good order before putting on the market. Essential in today’s property climate.
  • Pre or Post-Let Clean and Handyman. Cleaning your property and checking that all fixtures and fittings are in good order.
  • One-off Cleaning. Spring cleaning, and for that special occasion.
  • Window Cleaning. Cleaning inside and outside of windows.
  • House Cleaning. This is a cleaning service at a frequency that you choose. We will clean any areas or the complete house, whatever you would like. Our cleaning programme includes everything in this list and more:

      • Dust and clean wall hangings such as mirrors, pictures, and clocks.

      • Clean glass surfaces.
      • Clean all doors and windows.
      • Empty wastebaskets.
    • Bathrooms.
      • Clean toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
      • Clean showers, baths, and sinks inside and out.
      • Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tiles.
      • Damp-wipe cabinet fronts.
      • Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on the vanity sink.

      • Clean stove, burners, and control knobs.
      • Clean oven inside and out.
      • Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable.
      • Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink.
      • Wash worktops.
      • Damp-wipe cupboard fronts.
      • Polish silverware.
